4.2 Shipping Methods and Times

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx for $12.95. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. International shipments may be subject to customs delays beyond our control.

4.3 Shipping Address

You must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.

5.1 Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item, you may return it within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided:

• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• All original tags are attached
• The item is in its original packaging
• You provide proof of purchase (order number)

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Adult Goalie Jocks
• Adult Standard Jocks & Cups
• Adult Upper Undergarments
• Adult Lower Undergarments
• All other protective undergarments

Please choose these items carefully.

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt with your order number and product details
2. Wait for instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with a copy of your order confirmation
4. Ship the item to the address provided using a trackable method

Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

5.4 Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will provide a prepaid shipping label
• If you are returning for any other reason (size, change of mind), you are responsible for return shipping costs
• Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable

5.5 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• The refund will be issued to your original payment method
• For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is received
