Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple returns and exchange process within 15 days of you receiving your order.
1. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide the original proof of purchase (your order number).
2. Non-Returnable Items (FINAL SALE)
For health and safety hygiene reasons, the following products are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Adult Goalie Jocks
- Adult Standard Jocks & Cups
- Adult Upper Undergarments
- Adult Lower Undergarments
- All other protective undergarments
Please choose these items carefully.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and product details.
- Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation, and mail it to the address provided. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our warehouse.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Our Error: If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will provide a prepaid shipping label and cover the cost.
- Customer Preference: If you are returning an item for any other reason (e.g., size, change of mind), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Timing: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of our warehouse receiving your return.
- Method: The refund will be issued to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Please note that original and return shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is received. Standard or free shipping rates will apply based on your new order.
