1. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the original proof of purchase (order number).
Note: Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following products are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Adult Goalie Jocks (and all other protective undergarments)
  • Adult Standard Jocks & Cups
  • Adult Upper Undergarments and Adult Lower Undergarments

Please choose these items carefully, as we cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation, and mail it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Please note:

  • If you are returning an item due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective item), we will provide a prepaid shipping label and cover the return costs.
  • If you are returning an item for any other reason (e.g., size, change of mind), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Timing: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of our warehouse receiving your return.
  • Method: The refund will be issued to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Please note that shipping fees (both original and return, if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is received. Standard or free shipping rates will apply based on your new order.
